Workplace harassment prevention contributes to a positive multifamily work environment. During this property management series, you will identify behaviors most commonly found in harassment complaints, review laws that have been enacted to protect employees, explore your responsibilities in reporting harassing behaviors and develop an understanding of how harassment claims may be addressed in an organization. Supervisors will explore their roles and legal obligations in preventing workplace harassment. This series contains four course modules with a corresponding assessment.
